Prior to joining Gen Next, Sheral spent 15 years managing an architectural model company and served several leading builders and architects in Bangalore. In her current role, she assists both undergraduate and graduate recruiting teams, manages logistical requirements for Gen Next and partner initiatives, and contributes to various assigned projects.

Furthermore, she aids in the involvement of schools in the Middle East as we pursue expansion initiatives within the region. She is the queen of “other duties as assigned” and is always willing to help the team accomplish their goals.
